Position Summary: IBI Group’s Handforth office is searching for a talented individual to offer proposal / bid and graphics support for the business development function, assisting with the content and graphical compilation of prequalification and tender documentation as well as supporting broader sales and marketing activities. You’ll support the Business Development function in the timely administration of bid documentation to help secure an ongoing pipeline of new commissions. Additionally your expertise will support the Graphic Design team, creating marketing material and presentation graphics, conference exhibit displays, reports and proposals. Responsibilities: Proposal / Bid • Administration, coordination and design of proposals to ensure they are compliant with company standards and client requirements • Thorough proof reading to ensure a consistent tone of response • Participation in bid development meetings throughout the bid development process • Review and monitor bid progress and collate feedback • Research, creation and cataloguing of standard bid responses • Development of boiler-plate bid text, experience files and case studies • Assisting all staff and clients with bid queries Graphics • Creation of presentations and interview packs • Design support for bespoke marketing material, capability statements and project delivery reports • Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for IBI Group as well as our multiple clients. • Collaborate with creative team, internal project teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels. • Organising image and resource libraries. Qualifications and Skills: • Computer literate with MS Office 2013 suite and experience of Adobe InDesign would be ideal • Excellent written and spoken English and strong proof reading skills • Attentive to detail and creative • Project management skills, the ability to prioritise, meticulous and persistent • A team player, quick to learn and flexible around multiple projects and commitments
