We are a growing Bar & Restaurant group in the North of England. We are all about personality, passion and above all… having fun! We currently operate 4 food lead bars in the midlands and have plans to open further venues during 2016. As the Restaurant and Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to our customers. This is a family focussed, out of town pub so customer interaction is key to a memorable experience. You will be actively involved with managerial responsibilities when other members of the team are absent. You will also work within the floor team as a senior member of staff, actively working a section and developing areas in need of improvement. This role will be challenging but rewarding with both managerial and service responsibilities. Requirements of the Bar Supervisor: Work closely with manager to ensure all areas of business are running to the highest most efficient levels Preferably have experience working in a similar role  Minimum of 2 years in supervisor or team leader is desirable Cash management Opening/closing store Running shift, deploying partners Adhering and upholding health and safety and food safety This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company.
