Be able to build external relationships with family members, Carers, community and agencies to meet individual’s needs and service development Maintaining systems adhering to quality assurance & governance into everyday practice to ensure safe, effective care for patients Great incentives, on – going professional development This is a permanent, full time post and rota will be a selection of long days, short days and nights. Flexibility is required.
