Band 6 : Physiotherapist_Physical Health Advisor Pulse has a client who is looking for a Physical Health Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The Physical Health Advisor will provide Biopsychosocial assessments and evidence-based employment focussed interventions for patients with health related barriers. As a Physical Health Advisor you will utilise your specialist Physiotherapy skills, knowledge and experience, taking a holistic approach and working closely with employment advisors/key workers or case managers to help the patients to better manage their physical and/or mental health support and enable individuals to remain in work or facilitate a successful return to employment. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy and be registered with HCPC.
