Capgemini Financial Service, UK is hiring Business Analyst/Technical Analyst/Functional Analyst who has strong Capital Market experience. ·         The Senior System Analyst handles complex projects and initiatives, contributes to the strategic roadmap of the application and collaborates with business sponsors in supporting their strategic imperatives. ·         Work closely with business on new requests - understand business objectives, opportunities and problems. ·         Perform feasibility study and risk analysis to access the capability in delivering effective IT solutions. ·         Provide clear choices and IT estimates, and support the creation of business case and cost/benefit analysis. ·         For external solutions, supports the vendor evaluation, selection process and manage requirement definitions in RFI, RFQ or RFP. ·         Collect business requirements and facilitate completion of the business requirement document ·         Prepare requirement package as per the defined project approach and formality. Present requirements to business and stakeholder for approval ·         Conduct detailed requirement gathering (functional and non functional) and manage completion of requirement documentation including use cases, customer experience design, wireframes, data models, requirement traceability Matrix etc. Perform impact and risk analysis and assess organizational readiness, (operationally and technically) in deploying the solution ·         Maintain close dialogue with IT suppliers to ensure that the proposed IT solution fulfills the requirements ·         Analyze the business request/need, guide the business to fully flesh out the intention, objectives, benefits and KPIs of the request, and create full user requirement for communicating to the supplier locally, regionally or globally.
