B2B Telesales Team Leader Salary £20,000 - £22,000 OTE £25-28K Based Leeds 8:30-5PM- Mon- Fri. We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader to join an exciting Leeds based company. This is an exciting role for someone with previous call centre experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a growing team of Sales Executives. Responsibilities: • Supervising a team of up to 12 telesales staff in a B2B environment, ensuring targets are consistently achieved • Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI’s • Conducting daily huddles with the team under the guidance of the Sales Manager. • Motivating the team and leading by example • Creating different incentive plans and implementing various motivational techniques • Coaching the team and enhancing their sales and questioning skills • Ensuring the team hit monthly targets. Person Characteristics: • Natural leader • Team focused. • Driven and resilient. • Ambitious, energetic and self-motivated • Positive, and enthusiastic approach • Able to work well on own initiative and manage own workload • Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets • Excellent Communicator.
