B2B Telesales Consultant or Lead Generator - Telecoms Circa £20,000 - £22,000 DOE + commission We are currently recruiting an experienced B2B Telesales Consultant and/or B2B Lead Generator for our client in Edinburgh. Previous experience of outbound new business telesales or appointment setting within the  Telecoms, IT or any other technology-related industries would be of particular interest, although we will still consider applicants without a technology background providing that they have proven and long term experience of B2B telesales or B2B lead generation within another sector. Working for a fast growing company and as part of an existing internal and external sales team, it will be your main role within the company to develop new sales opportunities and generate a number of high quality sales appointments for the external field sales reps of the company to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face the companies wide range of industry leading telecoms & IT products. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, has a very steady employment history and who has a proven background in B2B Telesales or B2B Appointment Generation. This position requires a person who is very sales and target driven, is used to making a high volume of outbound sales calls, is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business, and someone with fantastic rapport building and listening skills. On top of your starting basic salary of up to circa £22,000 depending on experience, there is also a generous commission structure in place for success in generating appointments and also for any resulting sales. The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
