An Associate Director is required for one of the leading multi disciplinary company's in Bristol. This company is able to provide a full system of services to clients in both sectors by utilizing their experience in Architecture, Engineering and Surveying. This company is winning a huge amount of work in the Higher Education field and has recently landed a GBP 40million University project and is onto the framework for another University in the South of England. The Associate Director will come from a business development and strong marketing background with a proven track record of winning work in the Wales and South West market. The right Associate Director will have a detailed knowledge of the market and of this company's competitors and a proven track record in delivering margin / profit. The role will involve local, nationally and international travel when required to win and deliver work so flexibility will be key along with having a confident operating style and being able to deal with diversity within the teams that they manage.
