Helping to coach, inspire and motivate people, you’ll lead by example alongside the Store Manager at the helm of a busy retail environment, and the heart of a high profile, family-run business. Meeting targets, clever merchandising and keeping our new and existing customers happy – it’s all part of a day’s work at Wilko. So you’ll make sure the team shares your high standards of customer service, your commercial approach and your commitment to ensuring we make our mark in the capital.
