Our client is a well established, high quality catering and restaurant brand. With numerous sites across London they also have a travel division across some of the busiest airports in London. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in their Heathrow T3 restaurant. Working within this environment, the ideal candidate will have a fast paced, high-end restaurant background. The job role: · Reporting directly to the General Manager the day to day management of the restaurant. · Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service. · Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labour costs. · Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service. · Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Profile: Outstanding personal presentation and grooming. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Confident, professional and welcoming personality. An excellent command of written & spoken English. Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Have the right to live and work in the UK. Highly organised and efficient. Experience of managing a successful front of house team Exceptional guest service skills which consistently exceed guest’s expectations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work on your own initiative, calmly and when under pressure. Please note that all candidates selected will need to provide at least 5 years of checkable working references.
