Assistant Property Manager £ 25,000, London, City of London Our client is one of the largest managing agents in the UK with over 30,000 units currently under management. This company manages a varied portfolio consisting of traditional mansion blocks, purpose built blocks and mixed use new build developments. An Assistant Property Manager is required to support the Property Manager in the smooth and effective management of the portfolio through assistance in all administrative tasks and support in the general running portfolio. Our client has a long standing reputation of delivering a highly professional service paired with an extremely customer focused approach and will expect the successful applicant to mimic this.
