Job description:
HellermannTyton is a leading global Cable Management business with sites in 34 countries. We now have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Area Sales professional to cover the South West and South Wales, successfully selling our portfolio of products. You will work closely with potential and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring HellermanTyton has a good network of electrical wholesale stockists within the sales territory. You will also visit panel builders and electrical contractors in order to promote and sell our wide range of products, to ultimately maximise sales growth and ensure targets are achieved successfully. Our ideal candidate will have a strong external sales background, with a tenacious and positive approach to work. You will have previous account management experience, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, as well as excellent influencing skills. We are looking for a strategic thinker, who can drive through new ideas effectively. Knowledge of the electrical wholesale sector would be an advantage, however full training on our product offering will be provided for the right person. A full, clean UK drivers licence and the ability to travel is essential, as is a flexible approach to working hours.
