Job description:
Applications Service Delivery Manager to £75k plus excellent benefits – Canary Wharf Applications Service Delivery Manager ideally with ITIL V3 expert is required to join a dynamic team to manage outsource suppliers and commercial framework agreements. With over 40 core application systems, you will have experience of working across a wide range of applications from existing Legacy systems through to new Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities As the Applications Service Delivery Manager you will be accountable for Operational Service Delivery for an agreed set of suppliers and technologies and ensuring all services provided fit in with the overall IT Supply Chain. You will manage and monitor governance and operational activities and ensure they are followed by relevant suppliers. As the Applications Service Delivery Manager you will act as the main escalation point to/from the Service Tower Providers ensuring fair representation. Experience required for this role: You will have demonstrable Service Delivery Management experience of business critical applications in an outsourced/multi-supplier environment ITIL v3 certification (intermediate – Service Operations) Excellent understanding of service management disciplines including application development lifecycle and service delivery aligned to ITIL v3 methodology Experience of external supplier management Experience of working in a large standards-based corporate environment where ability to work to tight deadlines is important Any of the following will be desirable SIAM ITIL v3 Expert certification Experience of structure Project Management methodology (Prince 2) Experience in Risk Management Methodologies (MoR) If this fantastic opportunity could be of potential interest and you would like further information, please send your CV to or call 0117 300 6441.
