You will be immersing yourself as a Application Support Analyst working to support up to 15 custom built enterprise web applications. You will be the recipient of incidents from the 1st Line Support team, where you will be expected to investigate within your technical capacity to assist with a resolution. You will at times be required to provide direct contact resolution to client issues. You will be expected to manage SLAs and monitor live systems and logs.
