Motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. As an Aftersales Manager, your overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction. To qualify for this position, you must have a recent proven track record as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager from within a Main Car Dealership.
