Job Title: Administrator Place of Work: New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds Hours of Work: Full time Monday to Friday 9.0am - 5.00pm (1hr for lunch) Salary Competitive salary based on skills and experience Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays General Description: My client has a vacancy for an Office Administrator to provide day to day administrative duties including answering the telephone, taking messages, arranging appointments, inputting documentation and filing records. This is a varied role in a small busy office environment and will suit an individual that enjoys handling many different tasks and priorities at the same time. My client is looking for someone with at least 5 years office experience in a similar role with good IT skills, experience of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage. Key responsibilities and Tasks: * Provide administration support for the office, inputting of data and filing. * Provide administration support for Service Engineers. * Provide telephone support. This would involve taking messages, booking appointments, answering and resolving queries, taking orders and talking to suppliers. * Helping with outgoing post. * Liaising with customers, suppliers and members of staff to resolve queries and pass on relevant information. -2- Key Challenges of the role: Organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed accurately. Must Have: Good Telephone manner Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team At least 5 GCSEs A-C grades Good standard of Mathematics, English spelling and grammar Preferable: Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 At least 5 years office experience.
