Administrator. London. £22,000 - £24,000 DOE. Christie & Co has provided valuable advice to clients within our specialist sectors for over 75 years. The business was established in London in 1935 and has successfully expanded to provide professional brokerage and advisory services throughout the UK and across Europe. We are now looking to recruit an Administrator for our office based in London. The Role. The Administrator will provide support to the Corporate Pubs Agency team in the form of administrative, reception, secretarial and PA duties. Duties and Responsibilities:. * Liaising with internal and external contacts;. * Setting up and maintaining filing systems;. * Editing and amending CRM System (IBIS) of client and company records;. * Ensuring that the team are compliant with regulatory procedures;. * Being the central point of contact for the team fielding internal and external phone calls and email enquiries;. * Completing and filing expense claims;. * Raising invoices and letters for Marketing and Agency fees;. * Managing and updating monthly and quarterly forecasts and pipelines;. * Preparation of KPI reports ahead of fortnightly team meeting and providing notes and minutes;. * Issuing confidential correspondence by email and post;. * Providing administrative support to all members of the team throughout the sale process;. * Aiding in business generation by sending weekly letters on behalf of the agents to targeted operators according to the agreed timetable. General Responsibilities:. * To present and promote Christie & Co as a professional organisation with the highest standards of excellence and care;. * To contribute to the development of Christie & Co's corporate image and perception as a whole by demonstrating quality, consistency and reliability;. * To comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Environmental Impact. Skills & Experience:. * GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above in Maths and English;. * Minimum of two years' experience within a similar role;. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;. * Numerate;. * Audio typing and copy typing skills;. * Strong verbal and written communication skills;. * Knowledge of the property industry;. * Familiar with SalesForce.
