Administrator / Coordinator (Lifeline & Care Homes Team) Trowbridge £17,500 per annum Fixed term for 12 months, to cover maternity leave 37 hours per week Monday – Friday Our client is a group of companies that work toward the collective goal of improving homes and communities. They are a charity and a social enterprise that puts all profits back into their communities. They’re currently recruiting for a Team Coordinator to work with their Lifeline and Care Homes team. The main objective of the role is to provide operational support to the service team, care homes and supported living services. Ensuring a close and effective working relationship with the team, you’ll provide a comprehensive administrative service. This will include maintaining office systems, preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing diaries and producing a range of documents. You’ll provide the highest quality services and will work to promote the organisation to its tenants, clients and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have substantial administrative experience and should have previously worked in a housing, social care or similar environment. You’ll have the ability to coordinate and organise workloads, liaise with external agencies and manage your own time. Good IT skills are essential and you must have a commitment to working in a customer focused service.
