Location: Stockton on Tees Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary Start Date: Immediate Experience: Minute taking experience essential PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide an efficient Minute taking service for the Department. Minute taking for numerous different meetings, such as Strategy Discussions and Management Meetings. Making sure all minutes are typed and sent to Managers for Quality Assurance. 2. Post holders may be expected to undertake duties and responsibilities within the following skill areas a) Minute Taking b) VDU Computer keyboard operations; c) General clerical duties e.g. photocopying d) Using RAISE database to produce documentation e) Word Processing 3. To be able to work as part of a busy team and meet demands expected of them. 4. To be responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment as far as is reasonably practicable. 5. To maintain workstation in a safe and tidy condition. 6. To take reasonable care of your own health and safety and co-operate with management, so far as is necessary, to enable compliance with the authority’s health and safety rules and legislative requirements. 7. To undertake such other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the grading of the post. • To ensure that all customers both internal and external, receive a consistently high quality level of service, commensurate to the standards required by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. 9. The post holder will be expected to minute take.
