GRADE: Band 2 SALARY: £16,132 to £18,503 pro rata HOURS: 30hpw Fixed Term for 12 Months Description of Role: Fixed Term Contract for one year – 30hpw (4 days) Smoking Matters in Castle Douglas is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant in our base in Gardenhill Primary Care Centre, Castle Douglas. The post will require you to be enthusiastic and have good organisational and communicational skills. The post holder will also be expected to be IT literate with specific skills in using word and databases, along with good recent experience of working in a busy office environment. We are looking for someone who is flexible, able to prioritise workloads and who would work well within a team.
