Administration Assistant in Litigation. Manchester. 12 Month FTC. Salary - £15,500. We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our prestigious client, one of the UK's top 10 law firms. We currently have a unique opportunity for an Administrator to join their Litigation team, which is one of the most successful of its kind in Europe. The role is based in their impressive Manchester office and is a full-time position paying up to £15,500 + bonus + benefits. Key Responsibilities:. You will play a vital role in the running of this thriving practice area, providing high level Administrative assistance to a team of Litigation partners working for key clients. We're looking for proactive individuals who can think on their feet, work well with clients and get things done. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a like-minded dynamic team who are also great to get along with!. Every day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include:. * File opening and closing. * Archiving and deeds scheduling. * Photocopying, printing and scanning. * Hard copy filing. * Reorganising filing cabinets. * Finance forms. * Stationery representative. * Travel research and booking. Skills and experience:. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to:. * Previous office administration within legal would be preferable but not essential. * A legal qualification would also be advantageous but is not essential. * Good IT skills. * Effective communicator. * Commitment to deliver and ability to use initiative. * Organised, methodical and accurate. * Demonstrate flexibility. Key competencies:. It is essential that you have confident communication skills, good knowledge of IT systems and produce accurate and polished work to deadlines.
