About You. Organised and logical, you will have the ability to prioritise your workload to meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that you are able to deal with sensitive issues in a calm and efficient manner whilst also liaising with academic staff and external contractors in this varied and challenging role. About the Role. This post is based in the Assessment and Awards Team in the central Academic Registry Department. You will provide key support to the Ceremonies Team during the busy preparation period for the summer graduation ceremonies. As well as being the first point of contact for a range of queries from staff and students in relation to the graduation ceremonies, you will also have responsibility for maintaining the student record system and assisting with the issuing of degree certificates following the ceremonies.
