Main duties and responsibilities will be to: Maintain and update FLARE with details of primary inspections, visits/revisits, services requests, complaints, investigations, notices, alternative strategies and sampling for retailers and businesses throughout Shetland. Flare is a computerised performance management information system used primarily for programming and maintenance of data relating to statutory duties and customer care functions undertaken by the Environmental Health and Trading Standards profession; More detail is provided in the Job Profile, Person Specification and Conditions of Service Summary attached to the bottom of this advert.
