Job description:
Summary of the role: To assist in the day to day operation of the office enviroment, to ensure all aspects of showroom administration and paper and done in an orderly manner in line with company requirements. Duties would cover a range of areas from creating forms and pricelists for our sales team to assisting accounts with busy month end procedures. Other responsabilities would include ordering stationary, organising paperwork and sending out weekly mailshots. Working as part of a team: It is extremely important to our company that everyone is a team player and support each other by deponstrating flexibility to help other departments. Showing a genuine interest in other people and willingness to help. Providing Customer Service: It is very important to provide excellent customer service through high levels of customer care and answering telephone calls politely and professionally. Personal Skills: Keen to learn with an enthusiastic attitude to perform task to the best standard possible. Basic computer skills are required (Excel, Word and other office applications). Organisation skills and timing would be helpful. general marketing tasks also involved Training would be provided depending on experience
