As part of what's expected to be an exciting year for our client; an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Admin/Helpdesk Coordinator to join a leading business with their customers based throughout the UK.  This role will be based at their offices in the Belper area of Derbyshire and working within a small team. Acting as an overall Customer Service Administrator and Account Coordinator for a number of key clients, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day to day activity of their contracts; involving regular contact via email/phone and dealing with individual work requests amongst other areas. Minimum Requirements for Admin/Helpdesk Coordinator: * Experience of working within a busy and demanding administration role * A good level of experience gained within a busy and demanding office environment * Highly IT Proficient including the use of MS Word, Excel and a Client Management Database * Extremely organised and used to a business where every day is different * Used to identifying opportunities for sales and contributing to the overall business target Whatever the need of this company’s clients, their skilled team of around onsite staff at sites throughout the UK have the expertise to provide a high quality service, whilst their small but friendly head office support team remain the backbone of their business and often the key to many already successful long-term relationships. Main duties of the Admin/Helpdesk Coordinator role also include: * Dealing with incoming requests for works to be completed, both proactively and reactively during busy periods (45%) * Reviewing client reports, collating quotes from suppliers and authorising work to be completed on client contracts (25%) * Tracking status of works to ensure quotes are followed up and sales are progressed (25%) * Authorising invoices for payment on contracts (3%) * Reporting figures to the senior management team on regular basis (2%) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys working independently, whilst having the support of an experienced team at your side during their first few weeks and busy times ahead.
