Medical Sales Representative / Account Manager Vascular & Injection Solutions. Product / Service: Peripheral vascular access devices, pre-filled syringes and hypodermic products (syringes and safety needles). Your experience:. Ideally educated to Degree level, you'll have a proven sales track record in hospital sales, vascular experience would be advantageous although not essential but you will certainly need a demonstrable ability to identify and convert business opportunities to drive growth and retention. Happy working autonomously and generating, prioritising and handling your own work, you've got the skills to interpret sales trends and use data to help with account analysis/planning. You also have that essential ability to assimilate complex information quickly and present ideas simply and effectively, including the practical demonstration of products and their application. A strong negotiator and influencer with sound decision-making skills, you'll also bring:. * PC-literacy, especially in MS Office. * adaptability of your style to build strong customer rapport. * great all-round communication and teamwork skills. * a passion for selling with the drive to succeed. The role:. As a Medical Sales Representative you will report to the Regional Business Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets in a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive healthcare environment. Playing a major role in further strengthening the company's capabilities in the territory, you'll deploy your talents in understanding the drivers, needs and goals of your customers and positioning a solution to meet them. The product portfolio includes peripheral vascular access devices, pre-filled syringes and hypodermic products (syringes and safety needles). Your key areas of focus within hospitals will be Theatres, ITU, Wards, A& E and Procurement. Your key responsibilities will include:. * building strong and mutually beneficial relationships, with the company as the partner of choice. * developing and implementing territory plans for sustainable, long-term sales success. * delivering value-add programmes, including training and education. __________.
