Job description:
A well-established, steadily growing corporate and investor communications consultancy is looking for an Account Manager to join their Leeds office. You will be responsible to ensuring the timely delivery of integrated communications projects through print and digital channels, including corporate reports, websitres, presentations and marketing collateral, brand guidelines and corporate social media. As Account Manager you will work closely with the Head of Client Services, taking responsibility for a particular set of clients and managing projects throughout their duration, from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Simultaneously managing a number of corporate communication projects Preparing project and production schedules Liaising with the wider team, including strategists, designers, proofreaders, artworkers and digital developers to ensure projects are adhering to timelines and budgets Managing all project administration and invoicing Liaising with clients and providing regular project updates Proofing work with 100% accuracy before it is sent to print Maintain expert awareness of best practice and trends in reporting and communications The Account Manager will have previous experience working ina corporate communications/agency environment, have a can do attitude and be well organised and proactive. You will need to have a proven track record of excellent client/account handling, and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Knowledge of print and digital design would be a real plus.
