New Account Lead Opportunity About the role Constructionline, one of Capita's newly acquired companies, are growing and expanding their client base, and as a result have identified the need for a new Account Lead to join them. The role will provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner, which will help drive business and revenue. It requires an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills and experience of telesales or customer service. The position is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £17,000, a sales incentive scheme, and additional benefits and will be based in their Basingstoke office. There will also be opportunities for personal development and progression within the company. What you will do: * Proactively follow up customer leads and sell the benefits of joining Constructionline; * Liaise with customers to aid them in understanding the process to follow in applying for membership * Actively manage the customer database to ensure that information is accurate and kept up to date for mailing activities; * Identify clients that are due for renewals and conduct follow up calls * Maintain existing customer relationships, especially with potential low buyers who are not actively visited by the field sales team; * Prepare and send out sales campaign material to targeted customers as necessary and conduct follow up sales calls; * Keep accurate records of the conversations, so these can be fed back to our clients. * Provide support to the Sales Support Manager on specific projects as requested. Your experience will include: * Customer service/telesales experience. * Excellent communication and listening skills * Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively. * A polite and friendly telephone manner What's in it for you?
