Job Title:Account Executive / Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager Location:London Salary:Upto £24,000 Basic (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Benefits Duration:Perm Start:Immediate Start Available Bluetownonline are recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Executive to maintain, build and develop an established account base. Working closely with the team you'll be engaging with existing clients providing an excellent level of service to maintain our established positon as the UK's quality provider of Online Recruitment Services to clients nationwide. The successful candidate will must have experience working within a business development role and have a proven track record in achieving targets and KPI's. The Role * Working with existing clients the primary aims of the role are to build and maintain relationships by providing excellent customer service and finding new revenue streams within the account base * You'll be making recommendations ensuring the smooth running of every campaign with the end goal of positions being filled and repeat business * This position has multiple sales orientated KPI's and will be more suited to an experienced sales professional who already has experience working within target driven environment * You'll be working closely with clients managing expectations whilst ensuring further development of long term agreements * Reporting and forecast of monthly revenue streams that will be generated and ensuring client renewals * Liaising with Client Services to ensure the high standards of the agency are maintained The Successful Candidate * Must have a proven track record in B2B Sales * Possess excellent communication skills * Candidates with experience in Recruitment, Media, B2B Sales, Online Digital Advertising, Publishing may excel at this role * Be friendly, approachable have a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to succeed * Will possess an excellent work ethic and want to work in a company that is entering its growth stage of development with progression opportunities for the more ambitious In Return * You'll get to work in a highly desirable environment with regular social activities * Excellent Bonus Structure * Duvet Days * Excellent Starting Salary * Full Training provided * Opportunities for progression within a growing organisation Our openings available begin immediately, please send us an up to date copy of your CV.
