Our ELT Solutions Team ismade up of a highly committed group of individuals with consummate know-how in creatingand delivering ground-breaking strategic and tactical solutions to clientsacross the Emerging Talent landscape. From attraction to sourcing and candidatemanagement, they deliver world class ELT recruitment campaigns on behalf of adiverse portfolio of high-profile clients. You’ll be at the heart of it all. We’ll look to you to drive relationships with clients. You’ll have an in depthunderstanding of your clients, building deep and meaningful relationships thatare mutually beneficial, proactively identifying and creating opportunities tosolve client problems. Demonstrating impressive gravitas and market knowledge, you’ll network at alllevels. You’ll provide stakeholders with insightful strategic advice anddevelop the true partnerships with both prospect and existing clients thatcharacterise the TMP approach. At the same time, you’ll manage the delivery ofgroundbreaking campaigns. You’ll see that we achieve marketing and candidatemanagement KPIs. And you’ll help us win industry awards. It’s a role that will call upon every aspect of your commercial skills, yourtalent for generating and forging lasting relationships, and your track recordof managing multi-disciplinary projects. Ideally, you’ll have direct graduaterecruitment or emerging talent experience although this isn’t essential. We’llcertainly look to you to unite individuals with all sorts of expertise - fromcreative, digital and media, to diversity, research and assessment. And, withexperience of managing strong and effective client relationships, you’ll leadthem all to success.
