**SOME EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING FISH WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE** We require a Full Time Nightshift/Order/Fish Processor 5 nights per week starting at 12midnight until job is complete usual finish time between 8.30am and 10am. Nights worked will vary on a weekly Rota basis. The job entails weighing, labelling and boxing of fresh fish and shellfish for delivery to Hotels and Restaurants. Applicant should be in good physical health as the job is in a cold wet environment and lifting is required. The sucessful applicant must have a pleasant and friendly personality, be able to fit in with an existing team of staff, have a good understanding of literacy and numeracy and be able to follow written instructions. You must take pride in the work you do, jobs must be performed efficiently, safely and tidily and be able to work accurately within a busy factory and growing business. A basic hygiene certificate would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. PLEASE INCLUDE A HAND WRITTEN COVERING LETTER
