Responsibilities of the role: * Maintaining a high level of bespoke product knowledge * Ensuring high levels of Customer Service is maintained over the telephone * Managing a support desk and prioritizing requests and tickets * Generation of statistics and reports to update meetings * Troubleshooting issues and diagnosing problems Ideal candidates will have: * Customer service experience, telephony or face to face * Enjoy working in fast paced environments * Strong time management skills * Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems * Will have a confident telephone manner This role is Permanent and is full time - little or no notice period is desirable!
