You will be overseeing the team especially when the Support Manager is away on meetings, and being the senior escalation point for all technical matters. Technical Expectations; * 5+ years of proven support and implementation experience. * Proactive self-starter. * Analytical and problem solving skills. * Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in dealing with clients (and internal people), for example to explain complex technical issues clearly to end users or internal people, and to gather and clarify user requirements. * Must be able to work independently and be proactive in work, but also be a good team player as part of a small team. * Technical aptitude to get rapidly up to speed with our product sets. * Proven skills in the management of the following technology Stack; * Windows Server 2008 / 2012 configuration and security configuration * Network topology, firewall and TCP/IP configuration * PC troubleshooting skills especially on Windows platforms * Microsoft IIS * Database knowledge particularly PostgreSQL or other platforms such as MySQL. * Desktop &Browsers £55,000 + Company Benefits.
