Job Description: The helpdesk provides a single point of contact for internal users and assists in the incident and problem management. The desk provides advice and guidance and acts as an interface between support and end users. The successful candidate will need to be customer focussed, possess a good telephone manner and have strong communication skills. Essential Skills and Experience required for the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst: * Customer service is absolutely key * Must be robust, able to cope with high volume of calls * Proven troubleshooting skills * ITIL (preferred) * ITSM (call logging) Excellent MS office skills 2003 through 2013 * Windows XP and 7 experience * Administering active directory * Blackberry device and BES admin knowledge * IPhone and iPad configuration and troubleshooting * MDM mobile device experience * Strong understanding of pc and laptop hardware and configuration
